Reimbursement by your health insurer
To be eligible for reimbursement, you must have supplementary insurance and you sometimes need a referral from your general practitioner or specialist. You can find this on the website of your insurer. Often treatments will be fully or partly reimbursed. The treatments will be reimbursed from the supplementary insurance. In this case
no claim is made on the deductible.
It is therefore immediately reimbursed. The reimbursements are given for the following facial treatments:
- Acne treatment
- Laser hair removal
- Camouflage therapy
Huidkliniek Twente is affiliated with Nederlandse Vereniging van Huidtherapeuten and is registered with Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici; this is important in order to qualify for reimbursement. Of course you can always make an appointment with us, even without compensation or referral.
When paying for products in our clinic or webshop, you save one point for every € 19.95.
One point equals € 1,- and can be redeemed from 10 points. You can find the points on your invoice.
Requirements Savings system
- You will not receive any points on product through the extern website (JC Imp on ZO Skin Health and Colorscience.
- You’ll receive points when buying products. Treatments are excluded from this savings promotion.
- Point cannot be traded for cash.
- Huidkliniek Twente reserves the right to adjust the conditions of the savings system at any time.

Shipping and possible costs
In our webshop we send:
- Standard within the Netherlands for 4.95 for orders up to 50 euro
- Free within the Netherlands with PostNL for orders from 50 euro
From our webshop:

- We ship with Post NL
Bought a product and still have doubts? You may return or send the undamaged, unopened product within 2 weeks. Return costs are for your own account. For more information about returns, please contact us.
